SEED ROUND · 2026
INT. THE SYSTEM - CONTINUOUS
A system writes. Characters remember. Scenes hold continuity — from the first page to the last.
POSEIDON
From story to structured screenplay. Without your characters drifting by page 80.
Poseidon CAS generates structurally consistent screenplays for professional production workflows — with characters that remember, scenes that hold continuity, and style that stays controllable across the entire arc.
INT. WHAT IT IS - DAY
A production pipeline. Not a chat tool.
Poseidon doesn't generate text on demand. It is an orchestrated pipeline — from abstract story to schema-validated, machine-readable screenplay output that plugs directly into professional production workflows.
Phase 03 is where the differentiation lives — the agents orchestrate, remember, and control style.
The structured output and stateful pipeline are inherently compatible with professional production workflows. Studio integration is an architectural consequence, not a feature addition.
INT. WHY IT MATTERS - DAY
The problem AI writing tools don't solve.
Single-prompt generation breaks down over length. Characters drift. Continuity fractures. Style becomes inconsistent. Poseidon is built specifically for where that breakdown begins.
The system generates screenplays.
The runtime, state, and logic are not.
INT. HOW IT'S BUILT - DAY
The infrastructure behind the output.
The orchestration model, memory architecture, and execution contracts were designed from first principles — existing orchestration frameworks did not provide the level of state control required for long-form screenplay generation.
INT. INVESTMENT CASE - DAY
What the investment makes possible.
The architecture is in place. The runtime is running. What doesn't yet exist is the team to scale it — and the first customers to validate it commercially. That is what this round is for.
The system was not built on top of existing agent orchestration frameworks. The orchestration model, memory architecture, and execution contracts were designed from first principles — because nothing existing solved the problem at the required level of control.
Actively looking for a business co-founder — sales, fundraising, and go-to-market. The technology is in place; what's missing is the business side.
Poseidon was built around the assumption that long-form consistency requires infrastructure, not prompting alone.
That is a different kind of commitment — and a different kind of defensibility.
No deck required. No sales process.
A direct technical discussion about the system, the architecture, and the opportunity.
INT. CO-FOUNDER - DAY
Co-Founder wanted
The technology is in place. What's missing is the business side — someone to bring Poseidon to market and build the company.
Clear split: You own the entire business side — sales, fundraising, finance, legal, marketing, and strategy. I own the technology — pipeline, agents, product.
You bring the contacts. I bring the product.
Business profile with a network in media and entertainment. Non-technical is explicitly fine — the technical side is fully covered.
What matters: sales and/or fundraising experience. Starting in DACH — then international expansion.
Pre-seed — no salary, equity instead.
